Appointment Q & A

  • Bespoke Physical Therapy is located within the Suites on Central in Downtown Winter Haven. The entrance to the Suites is between “Haven Local Shop” and “417 Boutique” and is across the street from “Arabellas.” Once you enter the Suites you will come to a set of stairs. Either walk upstairs, or go past them to the elevator to get to the second floor. Once on the second floor you will see a long hallway that will dead end into Bespoke Physical Therapy. If the door is open please come right in! If not, the previous appointment is likely just finishing up, so feel free to take a seat.

  • Untimed parking is available in the Arabella’s parking lot, as well as in the downtown parking garage. Street parking is also available with a 2 hour time limit (plenty of time for your Bespoke PT appointment, but maybe not enough if you are going shopping or out eat after your physical therapy visit).

  • It is best to wear something that is comfortable and offers easy movement. Keep in mind that, ideally, your physical therapist will want to physically look at/ examine the area for which you are seeking treatment. For example: if someone is experiencing knee pain, it would be great if they were to wear shorts or loose fitting/ wide leg pants. Client comfort I key, so we are happy to work within their preferences.

  • Typically the first visit (initial evaluation) is between 60 and 75 minutes, and follow up visits are 45 minutes long.

  • Absolutely! Anyone who the patient would like to be present for their appointment is more than welcome. There are two chairs available inside the office for guests to utilize.

Sometimes, on the other hand, the patient has someone give them a ride, but prefers not to have that person physically in the room during their physical therapy appointment. In this case there are several chairs just outside of the office door where they can wait.

The key is creating a clinic atmosphere that makes the patient at ease and comfortable.

  • Please feel free to reach out: answers are available by phone (voice or text) at 863-216-8611, or via email at ccook@bespokept.us.

What People Are Saying

“I came to Dr. Cassandra Cook with my neck not able to turn either way with level 10 pain.  She has gotten me down to a level 6 and sometimes 5 with her wonderful treatments, and teaching me what to do at home 3 times a day.  I have followed her home treatments 3 times a day faithfully.  I am a cosmetologist of 50 years owning my own salon.  I had an injury that brought me to physical therapy.  I was so lucked to find her as she is the best.  I recommend her.”

-Frances

"Cassie is wonderful. She makes you feel very comfortable and answers all of my questions. She is helping me rehab my knee and never lets me feel discouraged. I know I am in good hands and will miss seeing her when my PT is done. Highly recommend her!” -Marsha

“Having had long term shoulder problems and seeing many physical therapists, she is the best I have been to. She has gotten more movement in my shoulders, even though the doctors said it wouldn't be possible. Very friendly & knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone that needs to see a physical therapist.”
